Best in Class Strategies for Entry-Level Employee Retention

FSG, a nonprofit, mission-driven consulting firm, recently conducted a short research scan of employer practices that lead to improved retention of entry-level employees, particularly opportunity youth. This research sought to identify post-hire employer practices with a strong evidence base and demonstrated results. FSG identified four overarching strategies and sixteen best practices that employers can use to improve retention, which are detailed in the attached report.
